This program is designed to be different. Although this program snaps seamlessly into any nutrition plan you follow, we don't outline any specific nutrition guidelines. We instead prefer to let you fix your eating habits first, and then find a nutrition plan that is right for you.

Most diets are very similar, you begin by restricting calories, are only allowed to eat certain foods, and follow the program until you lose weight. What happens when you have an off day, or an off week? You end up right back to where you started, eating the same foods that helped you gain weight in the first place.

The reason for this high rate of failure is because you are following archaic routines that most diets follow, which didn't work in the past, and probably wont work now. It becomes obvious that a diet will not work when you have an ill feeling even before starting the program, or despise the food restrictions that are placed on you.
