Coaching Sessions

Live Coaching includes an appointment with a weight normalization specialist for a 30 minute consultation.

You can expect your specialist to go over your specific program details and offer advice that will assist with your successful weight normalization. Coaching sessions are instructional overviews of the program and what you can do to maximize your success.

You can think of your coach as someone who wants you to succeed and knows the methods of the program needed to accomplish this goal. Each live coach is a certified green tea hypnosis weight normalization expert focusing on your success.

Weight Normalization Session

Experience a live hypnosis phone session covering the specifics of the weight normalization program. Your sessions will include a custom hypnosis session designed to fit your needs and assisting with your weight normalization.

Each session is conducted by a Certified Hypnotherapist (C.Ht) who is also certified by Sean Gately and the weight normalization program. Sessions are conducted by phone or in person depending on location and may include an audio CD recording for future reference.

Sessions typically last 45-60 minutes.
