Why is the Green Tea Hypnosis program different than a diet?

The Weight Normalization program is not classified as a typical diet because it does not restrict your nutrition to certain foods. With the exception of green tea, which is the only consumable part of this program, food restrictions are minimal. Instead of designing a food program that you may or may not stick to, we believe that if you have full control over your habits, cravings, and choices, you will be able to eat whatever you want, you will just choose to eat healthier or eat the foods you love at appropriate times in smaller portions.

The simple fact that this is not a diet assists with you being able to completely follow it and recognize successful weight normalization. Diet restrictions are normally great in the beginning, but may break down when your defenses drop or you have a stressful day? Our program prepares you conscious and subconscious mind to control cravings, eat smaller portions, and change your relationship with food.

We believe you should not have to 'diet' to lose weight. If you control cravings, understand why you used to eat to excess, and control portion sizes to what you actually need, versus crave, you will be able to eat anything you want.

What are the main parts of this program?

There are Four main aspects of this program. 1. Your history with food - it is important to recognize what you relationship with food has been, and what needs to be changed with this relationship to recognize a normal weight. This will include you taking a deep look at your entire food history, outside influences that had assisted with weight gain, and any current emotional reasons you may turn to food.

2. Mental conditioning - What this means is understanding how you will think about food, and yourself to change existing patterns and habits that are prohibiting you from attaining your normal weight. Also it is very important to learn to speak to yourself properly, condition the right mental approach, and give up stress, anxiety and past diet failure. This stage wipes your slate clean so you can begin a new approach to weight normalization.

3. Green Tea - The only part of this program that is not a mental approach. Think of green tea as your little boost to accelerate weight normalization. This amazing leaf is very healthy and natural, which his why we have developed an entire program around using it for its benefits.

4. The Future- You will have difficulty attaining the body and mind you want if you are stuck in the endless diet cycle of loss and gain.. We have a think forward approach that is built into this program using visualization and emotional belief to create the new you in mind first. Can I really eat whatever I want

Yes - There are very few restrictions in this program. Restrictions lead to a negative subconscious reaction where you may resist the 'diet' and go back to what you are used to which his the opposite of what we want. This program is constructed to lift your mental awareness of what foods you eat when and why. With increased confidence and self control you can eat whatever you want because you will have the control needed to eat these foods at appropriate times and in smaller portions.

Many people actually find that they begin to avoid foods in which they had previously enjoyed and possibly abused. This is because they have begun the normalization process, and may no longer have the same needs for those foods as they had before they begin this program.

Why do you use Hypnosis

Hypnosis is a powerful safe and natural method to assist the subconscious mind accept suggestions. In this program these suggestions are of weight normalization, habit control, and increased self confidence and image. Hypnosis is the best delivery method to rapidly convince your subconscious mind that great and healthy changes are coming.

Is Hypnosis Safe

Completely. Hypnosis is actually accepted as an approved therapeutic approach by the American Medical Association as of 1958. Beyond this stamp of approval hypnosis is actually something you may enter many times throughout the day. Think of Hypnosis as a state of mind similar to when you are completely relaxed absorbing information from a book, or watching a very enjoyable movie. Basically your mind becomes receptive to ideas and suggestions that you believe in and accept.. Hypnosis can not make you believe or do anything that goes against your personal belief structure. This is very important to understand. Hypnosis is not brainwashing, it is simply suggestions that you already may accept such as "I want a perfect body",or " I already have the control needed to eat correctly".

Can everyone be Hypnotized

Yes. everyone can be Hypnotized and you probably enter this state of mind everyday.. You may call this day dreaming which is a light state of hypnosis. If you are able to read a book, watch a movie, or listen to a lecture you are able to achieve a hypnotic state of mind.

The only exception to this is if you have suffered extreme brain damage and are not able to concentrate for more than a few minutes at a time. Everyone achieves different depths of Hypnosis, from a very light state where you are completely awake and alert, to a very deep state where you could have surgery without feeling any discomfort. Any state of Hypnosis is beneficial, so don't worry about how deep you can get, or think about if you are in Hypnosis. Just relax and listen.

I don't believe in Hypnosis can I still use this program?

Yes. Hypnosis is the same as listening to a coach, or a public speaker. You are t listening to suggestions that you can either accept or deny. If you are not able to listen to the audio recording portion of this program because of religious beliefs in Hypnosis you can still follow the day to day program using the portions not related to hypnosis.

Why does this program start with the mind instead of a food group

Many diets start with a food group, but what happens if you don't like the food, or get bored, or have a stressful day that triggers over eating? Back to the roller coaster. Diets can be very effective, and we have all seen the pictures of folks who have lost drastic amounts of weight, but what happens if they fall of that diet wagon? We believe that if you start with the mind and correct the portions of your subconscious that created these eating patterns habits and food needs, you are more easily able to maintain a natural weight.

Also diets promote restriction and a sense of loss within your subconscious, which can trigger internal conflict as you begin to crave the foods it 'lost'. Our program allows you to eat whatever you want essentially naturalizing internal conflict while easing the ability for your subconscious to accept that you are now beginning to normalize your weight. Changing the relationship with the foods you love while still being able to eat them is a much easier thought to comprehend than giving them up entirely.

Do I have to exercise on this plan?

No, exercise is different on this program. Many people dread starting a diet and exercise routine because they may not enjoy restricting the foods they love and may even loath traditional exercise. Our program introduces the concept of energizing your body to assist with weight normalization. Energizing could be something completely different than a 30 minute treadmill run that you will not return to tomorrow. Your mind finds creative ways to introduce this concept. You may be walking your dog, or have a renewed interest in gardening while thinking about when this 'energize' process is going to begin. And if you enjoy the way you are energizing your body, your mind will want to repeat this pattern essentially making your weight normalization process that much easier.

Do I really throw the scale away on this program?

Not literally but this program does not use scales. Why? Scales tend to turn people into compulsive beings constantly checking how many pounds they have lost, and becoming increasingly emotional if they have followed every detail of a diet and see a higher number than expected. We take away the anxiety of a scale, and the compulsive weighing aspect of a typical diet so you can focus on what's important, how you feel. You'll know when your weight is becoming more normal by the way your clothes fit, the way you feel, and what other people say. A scale is just a distraction.

What do you mean learn to speak to yourself?

Most often our own worst enemy is yourself. Ask this question, would you let someone that you were in a relationship with talk to you the way you do sometimes when you grow frustrated at your weight? The answer is probably no. Our program teaches you to speak to yourself in a positive reassuring way, using specific language that assist with weight normalization and removes any destructive verbal self abuse. You will notice as you begin to speak to yourself differently begin to feel differently about yourself. This is a great and needed change.
